Marla Kaplan, the owner and director at Hands On HealthCare is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Lymphatic Therapist and an Expert Level JB Myofascial Release Practitioner. Marla has additional training as Oncology Massage Therapists through Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Marla was an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and is qualified to teach the Strength After Breast Cancer program.


Marla Kaplan received training  and  graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition*, where she studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. She learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.
With the knowledge, they co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.
