Is an online appointment request confirmed immediately?
No. An online request is not confirmed until you hear from our office. We review the request, confirm that the selected service and time are appropriate, and then contact you.
How quickly will the office review my online request?
We generally respond within three business hours. Requests submitted outside business hours are reviewed when the office reopens.
When should I call instead of requesting online?
Online requests are available for Therapeutic Massage (60 or 90 minutes), Relaxation (MeltAway), Prenatal Massage and Facial Massage. Please call or text 631-462-4263 for medical massage of any session length, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Oncology and Breast Health Massage, JB Myofascial Release, Couples Massage, Spa Massage Experiences, insurance-based care, appointments within 24 hours, weekend or evening times, a specific therapist, custom session lengths, or any booking that needs additional assistance. If you are receiving cancer treatment, please contact our office before requesting any massage.
Can I request medical massage, couples massage or insurance-based care online?
No. Please call or text 631-462-4263 so our office can review the details and schedule the appropriate appointment. Medical massage of any session length is arranged through our office.
What notice is required to cancel or reschedule?
Individual appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice. Couples appointments and any booking with two or more services require at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations, late rescheduling and no-shows are charged the full scheduled value. The $20 Couples Massage deposit and multi-service deposits are nonrefundable. When an appointment is rescheduled with the required notice, the deposit may be transferred to the rescheduled appointment.
