These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Hands On HealthCare Massage Therapy, P.C. website and our services. Please read them together with our Client Policies and Privacy Policy.

Appointments and client policies
Appointments are subject to availability and are not confirmed until accepted by Hands On HealthCare.
Cancellation, rescheduling, lateness, deposit, gift-certificate, weather, minor-client and conduct rules are explained in our Client Policies. Those operational policies apply to appointments and purchases made through the website, by telephone or in person.
Prices, payments and insurance
Prices and service availability may change. The applicable price will be communicated at the time of booking or purchase.
Payment and any applicable copayment are due as directed by the office.
Insurance coverage is not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for deductibles, copayments, uncovered services and other amounts not paid by their insurance plan.
Submitting insurance information or accepting an appointment does not guarantee that an insurance plan will reimburse the service.
Health information and treatment
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information and for reporting relevant changes before each appointment.
A therapist may modify, postpone or decline treatment when information, medical clearance or another safety precaution is needed.
Massage therapists do not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medical treatment. Massage therapy is not a substitute for care from a physician or another qualified healthcare professional.
Individual responses to massage therapy vary. No particular medical, therapeutic or wellness outcome is promised or guaranteed.
Clients under 18
Clients under 18 may receive services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian and subject to the office’s scheduling and intake requirements.
Professional conduct
Professional boundaries apply to every appointment. Sexual, threatening, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the session.
Management will determine whether a refund or credit is appropriate based on the circumstances.
Gift certificates and promotional offers
Gift certificates and promotional offers are subject to the terms provided at the time of purchase and the applicable provisions of our Client Policies.
Management reviews expired or promotional certificates individually.
Privacy
Personal, health, payment and website information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
By submitting information through the website, clients acknowledge that electronic communication and online transmission cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Website content and third-party links
The website may contain links to third-party scheduling, payment, social-media or informational services. Hands On HealthCare does not control the content, availability or privacy practices of those independent websites.
