A 60-minute massage includes a true 60 minutes of hands-on care. We use the same straightforward timing approach for our other session lengths, so your selected time is actual massage time.
Which massage length should I choose?
A 50-minute session is a good choice for focused relaxation or when time is limited. A 60-minute session provides a fuller experience and includes our MeltAway touches.
Choose 90 minutes when you want slower pacing, attention to several areas, or more time to settle fully. A 120-minute massage is our most spacious option for an especially unhurried experience.

Your session may blend soothing relaxation massage with more focused therapeutic techniques when appropriate. Pressure, positioning, warmth, and conversation can also be adjusted.
What should I expect during my first visit?
Before the massage begins, your therapist will briefly review your medical intake form, comfort and pressure preferences, and any areas needing special consideration.
You will undress only to your comfort level and remain properly draped throughout the session. Communication is always welcome if you would like different pressure, more warmth, or a change in positioning.
Can facial massage be added to my session?
