I also booked my parents a couples massage for their anniversary and they felt properly pampered. Not only is Jeremy knowledgeable and compassionate, he makes you feel extremely safe and comfortable. MFR has helped loosen up so many areas that have been extremely tight and troublesome for a long time. It's actually remarkable how it works. It also helps release emotions as well which really helps reduce stress as well. I always leave Hands On feeling so much better whenever I go (and I've been coming there for years) but especially feel good after having an MFR with Jeremy. Highly recommended!

She made me feel so comfortable and checked in to make sure everything was to my liking. Her pressure was perfect and she targeted all of the areas I needed most.

Jackie H. gave me the best massage! She made sure to focus on my areas of need, while still making sure every part of the massage was amazing. The facility is clean and offers a relaxing ambience. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back!

Quality of Life💕
My Dad is 85, and has limited range of motion and and pain in his shoulder.  Our goal with the massage was some comfort/pain relief, but I’ve also noticed some improvement in his movements as well.  He was able to reach his seatbelt clasp the other day (retired firefighters/ paramedic, he REALLY stresses when he can’t do that).From the start Jennifer has made him feel relaxed and comfortable, even welcoming me to stay in the room so Dad would be at ease. I have intense lower back and hip pain and luckily my insurance (NYSHIP) covers medical massage. Even though I have only been coming in for a little over a month, I already feel a million times better. My pain has subsided measurably. Not only are the therapists amazing but the owners are wonderful and very informative. Even if you don't have insurance I feel like the prices of the massages here are very reasonable. If you're looking for an amazing massage and a relaxing and friendly atmosphere then this is definitely the spot!

We have extensive experience working with NYSHIP members, No-Fault cases, and clients whose eligible health plans may include benefits for medically necessary massage therapy.

Coverage, eligibility, authorization, prescription, referral, claim, and documentation requirements vary and must be reviewed before care.

How much does a massage cost at Hands On HealthCare?

Medical massage starts at $65 for 30 minutes, Therapeutic Massage at $125 for 60 minutes, MeltAway relaxation at $107 for 50 minutes, spa experiences at $160, couples massage at $300 for two, and facial massage at $75. See the Price List for all session lengths, packages and enhancements.

Online requests are available for Therapeutic Massage (60 or 90 minutes), Relaxation (MeltAway), Prenatal Massage and Facial Massage.
