You can find your calm and relax, as you reduce tension and anxiety and improve concentration and memory, just by breathing slowly, Your entire body relies on oxygen. Proper breathing can not only provide you with a greater sense of mental clarity, it can also help you sleep better, digest food more efficiently, improve your body’s immune response, and reduce stress levels.
One of the most popular types is Diaphragmatic Breathing. There are many different breathing techniques. YouTube offers a huge variety.
