Party Room Premium:
A $100 party room premium applies to all spa parties. Guests often choose to split the cost of this fee, as well as contribute to the cost for the guest of honor, making it a stress-free solution for everyone.

- Guest Limit: Up to 8 guests.
- Reserve Early: Book your date as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.
- Keep It Simple Spa-Goer (KISS):
To keep costs down and staffing efficient, some spa activities will be self-serve.- Guests can help themselves to hot packs, eye masks, and other amenities, which can be warmed up in our microwave.

- Initial Deposit: A $200 deposit is required to reserve your date and time.
- Guest Count Required: Please confirm the number of guests at the time of booking to ensure accurate planning.
Staffing and Availability:
We value your experience and strive to provide a stress-free party. To ensure we have enough staff committed to your date, we’ll confirm availability before accepting your deposit. We appreciate your patience during this process.
Payment Schedule:
- Guest Deposits: Each guest must leave a 50% deposit within one week of the official booking to confirm their spot.
- Final Payment: Full payment is due two weeks before your party date to finalize your reservation.
Cancellation Guidelines
Refunds for Cancellations Over 3 Weeks in Advance:
- Cancellations made more than 3 weeks prior to the party date will receive a refund, excluding the $100 setup fee.
Cancellations Within 3 Weeks of the Party:
- Cancellations less than 3 weeks prior to the party date will be charged 50% of the full service cost.
- Cancellations made within 3 days of the party date are non-refundable.
